Aveline FAQ

  • Aveline products are currently available on our e-commerce site, www.AvelineRazor.com. In the future, we may sell through third-party sites or at retail stores. Sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the page to be informed of new Aveline outlets!

  • We offer a 30 day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Please note we are unable to offer return labels for returns/exchanges, and cannot refund shipping charges.

Order Questions

  • We accept payment via PayPal or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all gladly accepted.

  • All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Los Angeles, California. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day, and delivered in 2-8 business days.

    Need it faster? We also offer Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Express service via FedEx. Orders placed with Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Express will be shipped the same business day if order is made before 2:00PM PST.

    International delivery times vary by location, mail service and customs. Typical delivery time is 10-15 business days.

  • We ship orders as quickly as possible. Contact us right away (info@AvelineRazor.com) and we’ll let you know if we can change or cancel your order. Or call 877-427-2067 (Office hours 9AM-5PM PST, Mon-Fri).

  • Yes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll provide instructions for your exchange.

Product Questions

  • Blade life depends on your hair type/thickness, length, and how often you shave. Aveline Refill Blades should last 6-10 shaves per cartridge.

    To help your blades last longer, we encourage you to wash them clean and allow them to dry by standing your Aveline up in the resting position.  Never store the razor with the cartridge facing down or resting on a surface.

  • The Aveline Razor has a unique push button located near the three silver balls at the far end of the handle (opposite end as the cartridge).  Just push this button and you’ll feel the cartridge disengage from the unit.  Now just pull the cartridge and stem out of the cylinder base.  Easy!  To put in a new blade just slide the cartridge stem down the cylinder until you hear a distinct ‘click’!  Now you’re ready to shave with a fresh blade.

Shave Plan Questions

  • Our Subscription allows you to customize a selection of products, delivered to your door when you want them. Shipping is always free, and no commitments are required.

    You’ll receive an email notification 1 week before your order ships. You can always postpone, change or cancel your plan at any time.

  • Yes! Our Subscription service comes with free shipping!

  • Yes. You can change your shipment date, order quantities and even cancel your Subscription from your customer account.

  • Your initial Aveline order is for one Aveline Razor handle and one Refill Blade. You get about 2 weeks to make sure your products are working well for you.  Two weeks later we will start your Subscription and send out your first Refill Blade Pack.  After that you will be sent one Refill Blade Pack (4 refill blades) at the desired time allotment you indicated on your purchase (every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months). You’re in complete control of your Subscripton and can modify or cancel it at any time!

    After 12 consecutive orders you’ll automatically be sent a new Aveline Razor for free!

  • Not yet. Hopefully we’ll be able to offer Subscriptions for customers outside the USA soon. Right now they are only available for customers in the USA.

  • Of course. Just contact Aveline customer service with your order information and we’ll provide further instructions. Unfortunately we’re unable to cover shipping costs for any returns or exchanges.

Final Word

Aveline is a small, privately-owned company that designs and sells award-winning grooming products.  We design our own handles and take pride in our work and our customer service. We were not started, or funded, by Venture Capital firms, nor did we just jump on this ‘razor subscription’ bandwagon.
