What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a 30 day no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Please note we are unable to offer return labels for returns/exchanges and cannot refund shipping charges.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we also ship to Canada but it does take a little longer to get there. However, subscription products are not available to ship to Canada. Taxes and duties vary by country. You may be responsible for additional fees not included in the shipping charges. Please research the taxes, duties, and fees charged by your country before placing your order.

How long do the blades last?

Blade life depends on hair type/thickness, length and how often you shave. Aveline Refill Blades should last 6-10 shaves per cartridge. We encourage you to wash your blades clean and allow them to dry by standing your Aveline up in the resting position to help them last longer. Never store the razor with the cartridge facing down or resting on a surface.

Can I change or cancel my subscription plan?

Yes. You can change your shipment date, order quantities and even cancel your subscription from your customer account.

If you’re looking to change or cancel an order you’ve already placed, don’t wait! We try to ship orders out ASAP, so be sure to contact us to see if we’ve shipped it yet.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after placement and take 2-8 business days to be delivered. If you’re located outside the US, delivery time is approximately 10-15 days.
